For the Main Ingredients I decided to put Werfpop, Gebr. de Nobel and working hard, since I feel that because of these three things I got where I am now and that they still help me to get further. I started with Werfpop at the beginning of the year and because of this, I got many more insights into how a real festival works, which I can use now in my career. I chose Gebr. de Nobel because they gave me a lot of different job offers and because of this, I now know more about the Poppodium industry and the front and backstage of an event. Also, I put working hard in the Main Ingredients, because the reason I got so many jobs at Gebr. de Nobel or work at Werfpop or Popronde, is because these people saw me working really hard and then asked me to join them. I also put all of these Main Ingredients in because they helped me get my internship at ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag).
With skills I put in social, communication, and creativity. This is because I needed all of these skills at my work and I feel like I am very good at these skills. I like to be creative and also to be social, which then connects to communication. For my internship I am also going to need these skills.
With Goals I put in better time management and networking. Better time management is always one of my goals, even though I have an agenda in which I make my planning, I feel like I can do better. The goal is not to hand in things on time, because I already do. It is really more about getting more free time and making better use of my day. Also, I put networking in the Goals, because I hope that by networking I can get a lot of good internships and jobs. I also hope that I can gain a network full of people to whom I can reach out when needed.
In my Talentsbar I put leadership, detail and organization. I think these are things that really suit me and which I am good at. When working on a new project I always naturally flow into the position of the leader, it always works out really well and I also like doing it. Furthermore, I have put in detailed, because I am an overthinker and always try to think about the smallest details. Last, I have put in organized, since I am always very organized when working on a project or event, which is handy and I also really like.
For the Ambitious Stage, I have put that I want to be a known person in the industry, I do not know why but this is really something I have always wanted. I think that it would be very nice to be someone’s contact whom they call when they need help. And also to be known as someone who is good at their job and also likes to do it. Furthermore, I have put in my dreams that I would like to get a job I love. I do not yet know what this job would be, but I hope to find out when doing my internships.
